All bookings are subject to availability, location, and service type.
💼 2. Worker Conduct and Responsibility

Every Chota Bhai worker is professionally trained and vetted before assignment.

However, Chota Bhai shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal misconduct, theft, fraud, or illegal act committed by a worker outside the scope of assigned service.

Customers are advised not to engage workers for personal or off-platform work to ensure safety and accountability.

Any suspicious or inappropriate behavior must be immediately reported to the Chota Bhai support team.

Service charges will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

Additional or extra work requested by the customer beyond the original booking may incur additional charges.

Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, or via our approved online payment methods.

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will review the case and take corrective action where applicable.
